Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) Grant
Employer Benefit
Reimburses up to 75% of pre-approved training costs for your existing full-time employees.
Perfect for upskilling your current team — train a plumber to become a Medical Gas specialist or an electrician to handle EV infrastructure. Small businesses (25 or fewer employees) get priority and the highest reimbursement rates. You choose the training provider and the specific skills your team needs.

Federal Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC)

A federal tax credit typically worth $2,400 per new hire — up to $9,600 for certain qualified veterans.
Available to employers hiring individuals from certain target groups who have consistently faced barriers to employment. You must submit IRS Form 8850 to the Florida Department of Commerce within 28 days of the employee's start date to certify their eligibility.
